We offer complete court filing services from clock to drops to waiting in line for new filings. The court filing services also include document copy retrieval services at all the courts. We are also able to complete most electronic filing jobs for specific cases for $9.99.
Central - 330 W. Broadway AND 1100 UNION STREET, SAN Diego, CA 92101 - $45-$75*
The central court is one of the busiest and has some of the longest lines. Our messengers will gladly stand in line and properly file your documents. Documents for filing need to be in by 10:00 A.M. All documents sent after 10:00 A.M. will not be filed same day but next day for the same price.
*We offer same day filing service for $75.00, documents need to be either picked up or sent to us by 2:00 P.M no exceptions.
Many new filings and other motions and pleadings will require the messenger to pull a ticket and wait in line. All documents requiring over the counter filings will require a minimum fee of $25.00 per 1/2 hr of wait time.
If the client requires a courtesy copy to be delivered or scanned email additional fees will apply. Please ask our court specialist for more information pertaining to courtesy copies.

The second busiest court in San Diego. No clock and drops at this location. Most documents must be processed over the counter for new filings and many other documents.
